xavierandClaude Opus 5.5 3645b0c3d0 fix(hosts): Remove rage from devenv tools 
cargo-binstall finds no prebuilt binary for rage and refuses to fall back
to cargo install, so mise compiles it from source, which slows down the
bootstrap and logs an error. The tool is not used yet.
